The meter is running and we may very well be on borrowed time. It's no secret that the economies of many countries are in shambles. You might say they are in chaos. No wonder. |
| The world's greatest economists all have different opinions as to what the signs to watch our for of any impending economic crash. |

The Chaos has us all on the hot seat. There is not a single aspect of society that will not be affected in the weeks and months to come. |
| A few of the scariest scenarios: 1. Latin American meltdown - Watch what happens in Brazil. They are the trigger to a domino-like collapse. 2. Widespread financial failures - the collapse of "hedge" funds and other highly leveraged investment schemes worldwide. Japan will provide the catalyst for problems in the US. 3. World Stock Market crash - Selling sprees as investors lose faith in the viability of the market.. The US tries to prop up the world's economy by reducing interest rates. More countries print more currency to stop inflation. 4. Global credit crunch - Too much being bought on too much credit. The US and its insatiable appetites may pull the rest of the world down. 5. Worldwide deflation - Watch what happens when countries must sell their goods BELOW cost just to get rid of them. This will carve the heart out of free markets. 6. Leadership crisis in other nations - The US is just the beginning. The leaders in many developing countries make Clinton look like a saint. |

How can we protect what we have now? How can we get more of what we need in the future? The Boy Scouts of America say, "Always be prepared". But it's highly unlikely that any of us can prepare for all eventualities of the chaos. You might take all your money out of the stock market and put it into cash in the bank - and then the bank closes. Or, you might hoard food - only to have a flood, wind storm or your neighbors take it from you. |
| The first thing we might all do is prepare ourselves from the inside out. We all need to realize that none of us are ever really alone. Take time to listen to what your inner spirit has to say. Listen to your heart. That vague, undefined feeling inside you often is a message for you from your spirit guides. If your "intuition" tells you to follow a path that seem right for you and only you - and if it doesn't hurt anyone else - what have you got to lose? If things really are going to become unravelled, why not let the One who knows all steer your ship? |
